Healthcare Interoperability Enterprise Architecture

This is a diagram I created when I began at Anne Arundel Medical Center in the fall of 2015.

While the architecture would go on to change dramatically, it outlines the major concepts needed for a healthcare enterprise to scale interoperability infrastructure.
